Dtla Cuts Refund Policy
All products purchased on the Dtla Cuts online store are final purchase items. Each product is guaranteed brand new and unused and will be delivered in brand new condition to the address requested.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong hair product please visit our barbershop in person to do an exchange. Like for like product exchanges are allowed one time as a customer service exception. Product exchanges are ONLY allowed in store and product must be in brand new condition.
Product exchange must be accompanied by receipt or proof of emailed purchase.
Products purchased from the Dtla Cuts online store may be exchanged in store within 30 days of original purchase.
Any exceptions must be approved in advance by Store Owner approval.
